Model SNYG(EZJ)oil filling machine is a kind of measuring and packing
machinery for fixed volume type of qlue type qrease．It is suitable
for measuring and filling of small containers and plastic packs．The
structure of the machine is reasonable，the operation is rather convenient，the
measurinq is rather precise，It an ideal device for measuring and packing
for glue type material like grease．
This machine has applied screw transportation，the qrease is not required
to be melted，the glue type qrease is directly filled，there is no need
to worry about the problem of heat bearing of the plastic packages． Volume piston type
mechanical position limit measuring，the measuring is rather precise． It is suitable
for separated packing of grease material from national standard barrel
packing of 200L． The volume is adjustable
from 0.4-1.2L． The filling mouth
is adjustable，It can be used for filling of small opening containers
and plastic bags． Generally，the filling
productivity may exceed 12 barrels/min． Gas consumption：0.6m3/min；0.5Mpa Power consumption：380V/220V；5.5KW Tolerance：≤1%
